We will provide free U.P.S Ground shipping to any location in the U.S. or CANADA, for Cenflex HA+™ only.

Should our customer, require 2nd day or over night delivery, then the customer will be required to pay the difference between the service requested and the actual ground charges.

If your package should arrive damaged, Please contact our office immediately. If possible please take a picture of the damaged box and forward to us by email.

Any therapy products including the Minipulse, Therapulse and Neck piece, additional UPS ground freight charges will apply.
